Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is well-situated in an affluent area of Toronto with convenient access to high-end shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the varying decor themes throughout may not suit all tastes. The service is accommodating and attentive, providing good value for the cost.
I stayed in the north tower of the hotel, which offered clean and spacious rooms equipped with all the amenities we needed at the touch of a button. However, I encountered a clogged sink during my stay. The service was impeccable, with the staff always being gracious, kind, and helpful. The location, while generally convenient, was a bit inconvenient for those coming from the downtown core. The dining experience was luxurious and well-presented, but some enhancements could have made it even better.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, well furnished, and exceptionally clean, with a fantastic coffee machine and daily room service. The North Tower where I stayed was newer, and the bathroom featured two sinks. The service was top-notch, with friendly and courteous staff, making for a great night's sleep despite a slightly higher room rate than usual. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, situated near prestigious stores and trendy spots in the Yorkville area. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the afternoon tea, and the facilities offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with old-fashioned furniture and potentially great views of downtown Toronto. However, the proximity to a noisy suite could disrupt your peace and quiet after a long flight. The location is excellent, near major shopping areas and attractions.
